What Is Infrared Light ?
Infrared light is a type of invisible light that gives off heat. It’s part of the light spectrum, just beyond what our eyes can see. Even though we can’t see it, we can feel it as warmth — like the heat from the sun, a fire, or a heat lamp. Infrared light is often used in therapy because it can reach deep into the body, helping to improve blood flow, relax muscles, relieve pain, and support healing from the inside out.
